You have 14 days from the time your order was shipped to return your order at gvcollection.com. Items must be in perfect condition with all tags present.

Your order does not include a pre-printed return label. In order to receive a refund, it is necessary to create a return request by email. If you made the purchase as a guest, please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. |
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
If you still don't have the refund in your account after 14 days, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank for assistance and to speed up the process.
